Band Baaja Baarat

I know another film review but this seems to be what I do in my free time these days so why not. Saw this movie a couple of weeks ago with my friend Neha when she was at my place and both of us found it hilarious. It also might be because we have a couple of Punjabi friends and the reminiscing made the movie more entertaining.

The movie is definitely meant for the masses with its crass language and street lingo. The entire concept of the story is very simple about two people trying to start up a business. A really basic wedding planning business. It is the work and enthusiasm of the simple mind portrayed in the movie that was impressive. Also the two actors, who are new did a good job with their roles and their facial expressions in every small aspect of the movie, were done well . It was a nice bollywood masala movie and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I would recommend it for a one see if you are bored and just want a mindless movie to watch.
