Sharing - A Remedy

Sharing is not just giving someone a part of your stuff or talking to someone. Sharing is a cure, for anything and it can be in form. For me I have observed talking helps obviously, nothing can beat that but just writing, blogging or sketching helps too. Most people will claim its not sharing if no one else is a part of it but for me its sharing my thoughts with me. When you put something down on a piece of paper or on a notepad on the computer, the sense of relief that washes over you is unbelievable. It feels like a big load has been lifted of you.

Maybe its just me but I don't like telling people my secrets and so when I sit with that canvas or a sketchbook I pour every emotion onto the form. I am sharing every part of me with that expression and it makes me happy. Most times when I am done with this sharing, I have a smile on my face and skip in my step coz that depressing thought that entered my brain has been drained out. Sharing in any form is a remedy for me and I would recommend it to anyone.
